Please read carefully the present General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regarding the use of the website operated by MechaBee.hu (hereinafter: "Service Provider") and the related artificial intelligence assistant services (hereinafter: "Service"). By using the Service, you accept these terms.

1. Service Description

MechaBee.hu offers various artificial intelligence-based assistant services for registered users, which can be used free of charge or for a fee. The purpose of the Service is to provide support and information to users in various subject areas.

2. Registration, Account and Subscription

Registration is required for full use of the Service. The user is obliged to provide real data and keep their account confidential. In case of paid subscription, we provide separate information about the fees and subscription conditions.

3. Data Protection and Confidentiality

MechaBee.hu handles all user conversations and data confidentially. We do not disclose conversations to third parties, and we do not use user interactions for other purposes (e.g., development or marketing). You can read more about data management in the Data Management Information.

4. Terms of Use

• The Service may only be used for lawful purposes.
• Misuse of the Service is prohibited, such as sending spam, violating the rights of others, or hindering the operation of the Service.
• The user is responsible for the content they provide.

5. Liability Limitation

• The Service Provider does everything to ensure the continuous and error-free operation of the service, but does not assume responsibility for possible data loss, operational disruptions or service unavailability.
• The answers given by AI assistants are informative in nature, the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for direct or indirect damages arising from them.

6. Subscription, Fees and Cancellation

Detailed information about subscription packages, their content and pricing can be found on the website. The subscription can be canceled at any time, there is no possibility of refunding already paid fees, except if the service ceases or the law provides otherwise.

7. Modifications and Termination

The Service Provider is entitled to modify the GTC. We publish the modifications on the website, and continued use of the Service after the publication of the modifications means acceptance of the new terms. The Service Provider may terminate the service at any time, informing users in advance.
