Issues and boards for your team. Agents can pick up the work.
Numbered issues, a kanban board and milestones for every project, in an app you own. Hand an issue to Claude Code or Codex, and its questions, plans and fixes land in the issue's conversation.
Free to start. Copy it from the Keeper Marketplace into your workspace.

Who it's for
Software teams
Bugs, features and chores in one tracker per project, without setting up a heavyweight tool.
Teams working with coding agents
Give issues to Claude Code or Codex and keep what they asked, planned and fixed with the issue.
Any team with a queue of requests
Internal IT, website fixes, client requests: anything that's reported, worked and closed.
Everything about an issue, in one place
Report it, discuss it, break it down and close it with a reason. The conversation keeps every change next to the comments.
Templates to start from
Bug report, feature request or task: each fills in the type, an outline and labels like needs-triage.
Numbered and labelled
Every issue gets a project reference such as DEMO#12, plus the types, priorities and labels your admins define.
One timeline
Comments in Markdown, and every assignment, label, board move and close as a line in the same conversation.
Sub-issues and links
Break work into sub-issues with progress on the parent, and link related issues from either side.
Close with a reason
Completed, not planned or duplicate of another issue. Reopen any time; transfer to another project or lock a heated thread.
Find and export
Filter by project, state, label, type, assignee and milestone, search titles and descriptions, and export everything that matches as CSV.
Plan the work and watch it move
A board per project, milestones for what's due, and a personal view of what's yours.
A kanban board for each project
Backlog, Ready, In progress, In review and Done, with the card order saved and a work-in-progress limit on In progress.
Open a card without leaving the board
The issue opens in a side pane, and every move is recorded in its conversation.
Milestones with progress
Group issues into milestones and see how many are still open.
My work
Issues assigned to you, issues you opened, and open issues nobody owns yet.
Built for a team, with access per project
Projects decide who sees what
Grant each project to people or groups. Everyone sees only the issues, comments and milestones of their projects.
Notifications that matter
Assignees and authors hear about new issues, assignments, comments and closes in their Keeper inbox.
Viewers, editors and admins
Viewers read; editors report and work issues; admins set up projects, labels, templates and access.
On any device
The same app in the browser and on your phone, with nothing to install.
Work issues with Claude Code or Codex
Your agent reads the issue, works on it in your codebase, and writes back to the same conversation your team reads. Click through an example.

Three customers asked about this today. Can we fix it before the November invoices go out?
Any Keeper app can offer a copy-prompt button like this one: it turns the record on screen into ready-to-paste instructions for your agent.
Give an issue to the Agent
- 1Set Worked by to Agent (on behalf of the assignee). The issue joins the Agent queue, and the person stays accountable.
- 2The agent asks its questions in the conversation, or writes an implementation plan or solution design into the issue's own folder.
- 3Comment on a passage of the design, then hand it back to the Agent for a revision.
Let the agent report its work
- 1While it works on an issue, the agent posts updates and moves the card on the board.
- 2When the fix is deployed, it reports it: a comment, the issue closed as completed, the card in Done.
- 3Found something else on the way? It files a follow-up issue and notes it on the original.

One click to hand it over
Copy prompt buttons on the issue give your agent the issue and what to do with it.
Never in your name
Everything the agent writes reads Agent (on behalf of you), with its own avatar.
Plans your team can edit
Plans and designs are ordinary documents in the issue's folder, open to comments passage by passage.
Make it yours
Change it by describing what you need
Issue Tracker is a Keeper app, so it isn't fixed. Ask the assistant in Keeper, or Claude Code or Codex with the App Author plugin, for the field, view or step your team is missing. You review the change before it goes live.
Your data, your workspace
Records live in your MechaBee workspace, versioned, and you can export them.
Reviewed before it's live
Every change to the app is checked and shown to you before your team sees it.
- “Add a Customer field to bug reports and a filter for it.”
- “Add a Blocked column to the board between In progress and In review.”
- “Notify the project lead when an urgent issue is opened.”
- “Add a template for security reports that's only visible to admins.”
