Content Roadmap · Keeper app

Plan website content from research. Ship it with people and agents.

Turn keyword research into a roadmap of tasks, then work each one step by step: research, draft, review, publish and measure. Every step is held by a person or the Agent, so AI does the legwork and your team keeps the decisions.

Free to start. Copy it from the Keeper Marketplace into your workspace.

Content Roadmap list of tasks grouped by category with their status and who holds the current step

Who it's for

Teams growing a website through search

Marketing and SEO teams with more content ideas than hands, who want a plan they can follow.

Agencies running client sites

One domain per client, each shared only with the people who work on it.

Teams adding AI to their content work

Let agents research, draft and measure while people review, approve and publish.

Plan

From research to a roadmap you decide on

Research happens in your own project, with your agent and your SEO tools. What's worth doing becomes a task here, and only after you accept it.

Proposals from your agent

Your agent proposes new tasks and changes to existing ones. Untick the rows you don't want and accept the rest.

One keyword set, one page

Each task is a keyword set with the page it should rank, the opportunity, and a brief with acceptance criteria.

Playbooks for each kind of work

New posts and landing pages, page improvements, metadata fixes, link building and investigations, each with its own steps.

Roadmap, board and calendar

See tasks by category, by status or by target month, filtered by owner, assignee and priority.

Domains and categories

One domain per website, with its market and language, and categories for its product families.

Your own tasks too

Add a task by hand when you have an idea. It gets the next free code, like LH-108.

Do the work

Every step held by a person or the Agent

Plan a task from its playbook and the first step is ready. When it's done, the next one is, and whoever holds it is told.

  • Clear hand-offs

Research, draft, review, approve, publish, measure: each step has one holder, and completing it leaves a note for the next.

  • An agent queue

Ask your agent to work the Content Roadmap agent queue. It does the research, drafting and measuring steps it holds and hands each one on.

  • Hand a draft to your own agent

Draft with your agent and Revise with your agent copy a prompt, so your agent works the step without reassigning it.

  • Drafts written elsewhere

Already have a draft and its research? Your agent attaches both to the task and the review is ready.

  • Return for changes

A reviewer can send a draft back. That adds a revise step, for the Agent or a person, and a fresh review.

Review & measure

Review drafts, record what went live, measure the result

Comment on a passage

Select a passage of a draft to discuss it. A revision waits for you to accept it line by line.

Record the publication

The publish step records the URL and date the change went live. Publishing itself happens in your CMS.

Measure the outcome

Weeks later, a measure step compares clicks and impressions and records the outcome on the task.

A folder for every task

Research reports and drafts live in the task's own folder, next to a library of shared sources for each website.

Make it yours

Change it by describing what you need

Content Roadmap is a Keeper app, so it isn't fixed. Ask the assistant in Keeper, or Claude Code or Codex with the App Author plugin, for the field, view or step your team is missing. You review the change before it goes live.

Your data, your workspace

Records live in your MechaBee workspace, versioned, and you can export them.

Reviewed before it's live

Every change to the app is checked and shown to you before your team sees it.

How app changes work
  • “Add a word count target to every brief.”
  • “Add a translation step for our German site.”
  • “Show a monthly page of what was published and how it performed.”
  • “Add a Social posts action with its own steps.”

Questions

Is it only for SEO content?
It's built for website content planned from search research: posts, landing pages, page improvements, metadata and links. For other content work, keep the parts that fit and ask your agent to change the rest.
Do I need an AI agent?
No. Every step can be held by a person, and you can add tasks by hand. An agent takes on research, drafting and measuring when you want it to.
Which agents and tools does it work with?
Claude Code and Codex with the MechaBee plugins. Your agent researches with the tools in your own project, such as keyword tools and Search Console exports; the app doesn't connect to them itself. See how to install the plugins.
Does it publish to my website?
No. Publishing happens in your CMS; the publish step records the URL and the date it went live, so the measure step knows what to compare.
Can each person see only their websites?
Yes. Admins grant websites and categories to people or groups, and tasks follow their category. That suits agencies running several client sites.
