Track your team's time in an app you own.
Log hours on your phone or in a weekly timesheet, report by client and project with billable time, and lock each month when it's closed. When your team needs something different, describe it and change the app.
Free to start. Copy it from the Keeper Marketplace into your workspace.

Who it's for
Agencies and consultancies
Hours by client and project, billable or not, ready to export at the end of the month.
Small teams
See where the week went across projects without a heavyweight timesheet system.
Teams with their own rules
Need a field, a rate or a step the usual tools don't have? Change the app to fit.
Log time in seconds, wherever you are
Add an entry as you finish, or fill in the week at the end of it.
Add an entry from anywhere
Project, optional task, start and end times or just a duration, and a description. On your phone, Log time is on the home screen.
A weekly timesheet
Type 1.5 or 1:30 straight into the week grid and it saves itself, with daily totals and a 40-hour weekly target.
Duplicate an entry
Copy a recurring block of work onto another date with its project, task, duration and billable status.
Favourite projects and tasks
Your own shortlist of what you log against most, offered first when you add time.
Correct it in place
Select an entry to edit it beside the list. Change the times and the duration follows.

See where the time went
Everyone reports on their own time; administrators see the whole team.
Totals as you go
Your entries are grouped by month, week and day, each with its total hours.
My reports
Filter your time by dates, client and project, with This month and This year a click away.
Team reports
Administrators filter by member too, correct an entry from the report, and add time on someone's behalf.
Billable hours
Each project has a billable default, and any entry can override it, so billable time is right in every report.
CSV export
Export exactly what the filters selected, with client, project and task in their own columns.
Set it up once, close each month cleanly
Clients, projects and tasks
Every project belongs to a client, with optional tasks inside. Close a project to stop new time and keep its history.
Project access
Grant projects to people or groups. Members log only against their projects and see only their own entries.
Lock the month
Lock a month once it's closed and nobody can change its entries, administrators included, until you reopen it.
People are told
When an administrator logs or corrects time for someone, it shows up in their Keeper inbox.
Make it yours
Change it by describing what you need
Time Tracker is a Keeper app, so it isn't fixed. Ask the assistant in Keeper, or Claude Code or Codex with the App Author plugin, for the field, view or step your team is missing. You review the change before it goes live.
Your data, your workspace
Records live in your MechaBee workspace, versioned, and you can export them.
Reviewed before it's live
Every change to the app is checked and shown to you before your team sees it.
